  • 1958, received the Composer's Prize of the Schwerzrischer Tonkünstlerverein (Swiss Association of Musicians)
  • 1958-69, Zürich, held lectureship in music theory at Zürich University
  • 1960-63, president of Schwerzrischer Tonkünstlerverein
  • 21 Jul 1993, died in Lucerne

Although much of his works are not well-known today, at least on the internet, his Organ Concerto is the most performed currently.
