• 1972-82, Salt Lake City, organist at the Cathedral Church of St. Mark's
• Salt Lake City, organist at Congregation Kol Ami
• Salt Lake City, received master's degree from the University of Utah
• 1982-, Salt Lake City, associate organist at the Salt Lake Tabernacle
• 1988, Salt Lake City, received doctorate degree in music composition from the University of Utah

His music is colorful, with some chromaticism built in. The colors of the keys which he uses shines in his writing.
