We created this Facebook page to support amazon account suspended sellers who lost their business because Amazon suspended their seller account out of the blue without any warning.
I have had my Amazon account suspended before and I know how it feels to loose something you built over many years over night. It was one of my worst experiences in my life.
I believe other sellers should be aware of the risks selling on Amazon.
Most people selling on Amazon are not aware how easy it is to get banned. Sometime it is enough to have some competitors or customers make up some false claims.
We feel Amazon is treating sellers unfairly, as there are no warnings before Amazon shuts down accounts. Amazon should also implement a fair and transparent process for sellers to appeal their suspension.
So far nothing has changed; however, we hope that over time social media reports will force Amazon to treat sellers fairly.
